Soup dumplings! They were phenomenal! Super hot and crispy on the bottom, reminiscent of Jamaican Jonny cakes but inside is a burst of flavour. Be careful when eating the soup inside these dumplings are is very hot.

The famous Xiao long bao place in Yokohama Chinatown. The taste is mediocre. I personally prefer the other one around the corner (Ho Ten Kak). The Xiao long bao there is fresher, has more soup and the bottom is more crispy.

中華街に行った際には必ずここの小籠包を食べます。蒸しと焼きがあります。どちらも美味しいですが個人的には蒸しがおすすめです。蒸しは夜間になると販売を辞め、焼きしかありません。お土産も肉まん、小籠包等たくさんの種類がある為オススメで喜ばれると思います。
