祝日夜に来店。店内は思った以上に天井が高くてびっくり、テーブルも個別感のあるボックス席で、店内中央にドリンクテーブルとカウンターが並んである独特な造り 本日はすき焼きのコースと単品で生ハム無花果と肉寄せいただきました。 まずは素敵な前菜5品がワンプレートできてどれも美味しくて感動 更にすき焼きが絶品で最初にザラメ焼いてお肉を焼き、タレと野菜まで入れきるところはおかみさんがやってくれます。 ザラメとすき焼きの旨味が詰まったお肉を溶いた卵を潜らせて食べたら最高でしたまた来ます 思ったより一品料理が多くて次回はコースでなくて色々と食べてみたい。
