This onsen is inside the Kiroro tribute hotel on the second floor. Non hotel guest fee is 1200 without towel. It’s quite expensive compare to normal price. I didn’t go to the outside onsen (I didn’t realize this place exists). But enjoyed the hot spring onsen which is outside in a round wooden pool. There’s a note that the pool has certain minerals that would give you good benefit by soaking in it. The water is not clear but has great smell. The inside pool is huge, there’s one with jacuzzi but the temperature is quite hot. I went around 2 pm. There’s not many people at all, and I enjoyed the quietness. If you have time, it’s great to soak in the hot spring pool. If not, I’d recommend to try different onsen.
