Yogasmiths are the best yoga professionals around. As well as being skilled and knowledgeable teachers, they are welcoming, kind, inclusive and supportive. Both Paul and Steve bring different things to the group and their personalities shine through. Would highly recommend joining.Namaste Rachel x

I would recommend the YogaSmiths classes anyday. I like the fact that they team teach, allowing you to be able to concentrate on one instructor whilst the other rotates around the room assisting with the posture. I fully connect with this class and enjoy the following: the philosophy behind the practise and the class, the mobilisation postures, the peak pose structure of the class and the relaxation/mediation at the end. I walk out of every class feeling calm and happy. I say to everyone that I feel as though the class is tailored to me and my needs, I have been practising yoga for about 15 years now and their classes are up there with my favs, and I haven't even commented on the beach yoga, sunday karma brunch, yoga under the moon. xx
Thank you for my wonderful introduction to yoga.The block of 10 one-to-one sessions was the perfect way to learn the principles and practice of Yoga from an experienced teacher with the benefit of being tailored to my individual requirements. I shall be continuing my yoga journey with the Yogasmiths!
A lovely friendly class suitable for all abilities. Paul and Steve are clearly very knowledgeable and well qualified. Each block of classes follows a theme and each lesson warms you up towards a peak pose. You leave feeling refreshed after a relaxation. After 18 months of classes I can feel an improvement in my core strength and flexibility. I can recommend the ' yoga and brunch' sessions too!
Absolutely love my yoga class with Paul and Steve and look forward to the classes each week. These classes are perfect whatever your yoga experience. Paul and Steve are lovely people with a wealth of knowledge. Always warm and welcoming you know instantly you are in safe hands. I can not recommend them highly enough!
