I have been doing yoga on and off for years, I have been practicing with many teachers. Meeta is equal to none. Now I can't stay without yoga for more than 2 days. Meeta is kind and knowledgeable, always pushes you through your limits and beyond. Yoga is becoming a way of getting to know my body and to relax and connect it to my mind and this is thanks to Meeta.

Fantastic experience. Meeta is a very accomplished teacher and a wonderful role model, excellent queuing of exercises, description and flow of the session. I love the hot yoga on a cold winters night, shut my eyes and dream of the Caribbean!! The setting has a great feeling about it and the class has a fantastic atmosphere, I drive a 40 min trip to get to the class and I always come away balanced and centred, the class is whatever level you choose to take it to, but is a challenge for everyone. I would thoroughly recommend it.
Fantastic teacher. Meeta's classes have helped me beyond measure. Highly Highly recommended!
