YO! TUK TUK, Indian street food restaurant with takeaway and delivery

I want to write a good review as the staff were great and the food was fine, but unfortunately that was as good as it got. We booked a Saturday night, waited a fair while to have our order taken and food to arrived (fine as the four of us were enjoying a night out). When the food arrived it was nice enough but not the best and also just warm but we were so hungry we ate with gusto. We asked for drinks and Meg was nice enough to serve us as we weren’t made aware the bar and restaurant were separate. We finished our food and a member of the group needed the loo only to find all toilets flooded. She had to hot-foot it to a neighbouring pub to relieve herself. On her return we asked for the bill and were told there was no card machine. We scraped cash together for the bill and tip. We returned to the bar to finish our drinks and found a sewage company was now clearing outside. We were glad we’d eaten and could run as the stench was driving people indoors and even then we wouldn’t want to eat with it. All in all from mediocre to worse ️

The food was delicious, would definitely recommend their lamb dishes. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They made several recommendations for us and were just overall really pleasent and attentive. Food was very reasonably priced, and definitely worth it. Will definitely be going back!
