Absolutely vile. We asked for vegetable spring rolls which she proceeded to repeat back to us once we had finished our order. After eating 3 of the “vegetable spring rolls” I noticed what looked like meat in it. I called to ask what was in the vegetable spring rolls to which the member of staff replied “we don’t sell vegetable spring rolls, I mustn’t have heard you, do you want 2.80 back”. NO APOLOGY OR ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF WHAT THEY HAD DONE!!!! I am heart broken and furious. After not eating meat for 5 years this is totally not acceptable. Their customer service is an absolute JOKE.
