Phoned Yeovil land rover today to say electric seat not working . Drove up to dealership just to see if they could have a look on off chance . With in an hour or so they looked at it and confirmed it need new seat motor . Lady at service department said they order one over night . It's going back Wednesday to have new motor fitted . Excellent turn around and sorted quickly

I have had 2 Freelanders and 2 Discoveries and have just purchased another Discovery Sport! All vehicles have been very reliable and any small problems were quickly solved and the service has always been excellent and first class! I cannot fault my customer care and efficiency of staff!! Bought an approved used Range Rover from Yeovil Land Rover in October 2019. It developed a media unit fault, tailgate problem and door trim problem. The car has been taken to LR Yeovil on 3 separate occasions to have these problems fixed, (4 hour round trip to use dealer from whom I bought the car). Media unit was replaced and then developed new fault. On third occasion, I asked very politely if they would please just hang onto the car until they were sure all of the issues had been resolved, I would rather the repairs were done correctly rather than rushed. I was assured they had all been sorted, collected car and low and behold, problems still not fixed. Called to raise this with the service manager and expected as this was now the 4th time, they might offer a pick up and collect to rectify their problem whilst minimising hassle to the customer. No, I was told if I didn't want to drive to their dealership and lose another full day of my life, feel free to use a different dealer. Absolutely appalling service from a supposedly premium brand. Not sure how they expect to pick up sales and service business if this is how customers are treated, absolutely no flex or consideration for customer needs.

Thank you to Yeovil Land Rover for their help and kindness today My Jaguar F Pace got a puncture and we call in on the off chance they could help They could have not been more helpful. We were ask into the showroom given refreshments while Steve and Sue look at my vehicle and changed to the space saver. We had my Granddaughter with us and the staff were all wonderful with her. She loved the biscuits and the ride on car What terrific service and lovely staff I can’t thank you enough Tina Male
