Getting expensive. Can't try clothes on, which is understandable in current condition, however they do offer full refund if they don't fit. Would help if there was a sizing chart for each brand instead of: S, M, L, XL etc

The store makes very effective use of it's space, and the floor is very well presented. There is a very overbearing smell of rubber and sports equipment, but this is to be expected. Overall a good experience and competitive prices, but the staff were very detached and seemingly uninterested in the customers.

what bad customer service went today with my 2 grandchildren in order to buy them both a new pair of trainers. they each chose what they wanted went to an assistant behind a till asked if they had the sizes we wanted was told they would get somebody to come to the shoe section after waiting 10 mins nobody arrived so put shoes back on shelf and walked out. will not shop here again.

Can't knock them. Fair prices and very pleasant helpful staff.
