I have never visited but people should not be allowed to leave negative views when a place is not even open! During Covid always check before leaving, surely that would be obvious. Always be kind. Looking for places to visit whilst on holiday and will definitely contact you before visiting!!!

A wonderful place to visit. Very friendly staff and volunteers, and unlimited train rides mean it's great value for money. Do give this little gem of a place a try!
Been on this steam train twice and had a great experience and must go again soon after the covid and weather is better a wee trip to swanage and Weymouth in style
Our 11th straight visit to the Santa Express this year (we visited 100 times in total). I have to say, this was the best yet. The organisers have worked with the Covid constraints to make it even better than ever. (Yes I know the train doesn't run far, but the youngsters don't mind that).
Poor signage, wasnt open, despite website etc saying it was. Lots of folk milling about, very unhelpful Clearly a members only club
