Matt and the NC team have been our vets well in excess of 10 years and have looked after our working spaniels - five over the years - exceptionally well. There have been several major operations carried out, as well as management of the day to day health care and advice for dogs that are prone to injuring themselves due to their working drive. Throughout this period they have always been respectful of our needs, caring and informative whenever there’s been a problem and on at least two occasions brought back dogs from the brink through serious surgical intervention. Matt has also helped through some of the more difficult decisions that dog owners have to face and while showing empathy has always given an honest opinion based on the welfare of the animal and not over influenced by the emotion of the owner. Great service that we continue to use and strongly recommend.

Can always get first class service from caring vets . Would not dream of going anywhere else even if they saw to my cats for free..Staff very friendly and helpful even after a hard day
