Awful dealers, I strongly advise anyone never to use this Yeovil branch! Cars are shoddy, unreliable and not as described, above all the staff and management are unhelpful, rude and dam right crooks. They will cut corners and hide the truth at any cost with nothing in mind but they’re own personal gain. One manager in particular (Graham Elliot) should not be in the motor trade. His tack and customer service was diabolical, unfriendly and inexperienced. Would never recommend this place!!!

I bought a vauxhall astra gtc from these guys. The guys are brilliant, Kevin the salesman I dealt with is a lovely guy and very honest. Difficult to find an honest salesman these days. And a big thumbs up to Steve in the garage awsome guy who knows his stuff and fixed my minor issues no problem. Honest garage honest staff. Five stars to all of you at motorwell Yeovil. Thankyou.
I bought probably the cheapest car on the forecourt on Monday, but that didn't matter. The service I received was second to none. Mike who I dealt with in sales was excellent and made the process nice and easy. I had a minor fault with the car after getting home but the service department told me to come in and they will check the issue. They fixed the fault over lunch time as I had travelled from Devon.Excellent service and would not hesitate to use this garage in the future.
Offered everything we needed and right on our doorstep. The car was like new, the staff were really helpful but not pushy. Wouldn’t give any discount but to be fair the car was the cheapest we could find on the net, but you’ve got to try. They also gave us a finance offer that suited us perfectly. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys. See you in a years time for my service and MOT.
