Appalling experience when looking for a wedding outfit for my Mother. We entered the premises and were looked at like complete rubbish. We proceeded to browse and were approached and told that we'd be better off shopping at their second-hand store. We only popped in here as we were passing and were dressed casually. They really dipped out there though, although in casual attire, we are quite well-heeled and they lost out on the money we would have spent with them on that occasion and during other visits. Atrocious behaviour, will never return!
