I contacted Yellow 13 Bike Breakers as I was needing some parts urgently, and I was pleasantly dealt with during my phonecall to them. My ordered parts were delivered quickly and well packaged, and I would happily deal with them again. I'd also like to point out that their website is exciting and a pleasure to use - well done!!!

Had 2 bikes for breaking and contacted Yellow 13 who were able to organise collection. It was a pleasure meeting and dealing with Robert (and his assistant!). Friendly, knowledgeable, fair and obviously good at what he does. Excellent communication from start to finish. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to contact Yellow 13 again!
First class service from phoning about an old bike I had to sell , to picking it up a week later, Robert (owner) was pleasant to deal with, good communication from him , keeping me informed about collection. Would recommend
