Fantastic selection for a small place, including loads of local interest books and a comprehensive range of maps. They can also order anything they don't have in stock, which arrives quickly. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, would definitely recommend

This is a wonderful bookshop. Exactly what a bookshop should be. Fabulous selection of titles, with no unbooky tosh - just lots and lots of great books. Also found the owner to be delightful - had a good old blether and she gave my daughter a lovely book bag free of charge. Worth the trip to Banchory for this little gem of a shop alone.
A great shop. Try to support a local book shop! Instead of ordering online from Amazon, I simply email this local shop, and they get the books in very quickly, if they don't have them in stock. The service is always helpful, even when shopping with noisy toddlers.
Wonderful bookshop. Helpful and friendly staff. Dog friendly too!
