If you discover Yawatahama-Shi by accident, the locals will tell you not to eat Ramen, but to eat Champon instead as it’s local cuisine. Eagle Cafe is in my honest opinion the Best Champon I’ve had in Japan thus far. You have to go there early because there are usually lines to get in. This is where the locals go for lunch and dinner. Highly recommended to also try the Katsudon and Chahan.
Serves delicious champon and Ehime delicacy Jako-katsu! Value for money at only 550yen for a bowl of delicious champon!
八幡浜ちゃんぽん 焼き飯 食べました。 長崎出身なので、学生時代から よく長崎ちゃんぽん食べてます。 (というかリンガーハッ 八幡浜ちゃんぽんは初めて食べ ましたが、長崎ちゃんぽんとは 味付けが違い別系統で 美味しく仕上がってます。 好みとしては贔屓屋なので長崎。 焼き飯の方が私好みの味で、 次来る機会があれば、「大」で オーダーしたいですね(/o＼) 接客はとても感じよく好印象。 店舗は手狭ですが、 清潔で綺麗にされてます。 駐車場は店舗前が駐車禁止と 書かれており、 離れに有るようですが、 私にはわからず。 お客さんの中には気にせず 店前に止めてる人いました。 バイクで邪魔にならない所に 路駐しておいた私が言えた 立場では無いですが…
薄味のちゃんぽんがとても美味しいです。 デミカツ丼も外せません 炒飯も食べましたが、ちゃんぽんに対して味が濃いので、好みが分かれるかも知れません。 店舗前に3台くらい。 その横に市営の駐車場もあります。 昼時は並ぶ可能性が高いです。
