This is a nice place for a calm and soothing experience. No Infrastructure No Ambiance No fooding facility No lodging facility It is a place which comes just after the Yashwant Sagar Dam. Aptly the photos attached are of Yashwant Sagar Lake. Can come here to spend some good 30 mins in the morning time so that you feel refreshed. The place is more of a desi place nd one must only visit if they are looking for a calm experience near a lake with breezes hitting their face.
Naturs Beauty within 20km from the city. A must visit place. There is a garden but it's under maintained.

I went there with family. There is not much to see. The Dam is small and not maintained well. There are couple of vendors where you can enjoy roasted corn and fruits but that's it. Nothing interesting.

Yashwant Sagar Lake is situated in Indore district of Madhya Pradesh. Made by the construction of a dam on the Gambhir River in year 1939, the total DAM 100meter long & 19meter of height, the total area of the reservoir is 2650 hectares. It has 25 big and 25 small size siphons. Road connecting Hatod to Depalpur crossing from this DAM. You can enjoy the excellent view of overflow water through spillway in monsoon season when the water is close to the limits. Small road side shops offers you seasonal fruits, Vegetables and fresh water fish near the this dam. This reservoir is situated at a distance of 30 km from central part of Indore & close to Indore airport. You can reach here from any road near from airport to village Hatod. Nearby attractions are Bijasan Mata Tekri, Gommatgiri Jain temple.
