Ideal place to go for an hour or two for a walk with paths off the beaten track to explore as well but not all are easily accessible. There is also a okay area for children. The fish steps and waterfall always look good after a rainfall

its a nice area. but it feels a bit small. id say its a nice walk but its so small i wouldnt class it as a walk, but rather a slight stroll.
Great place to meet up with family. Free parking. Decent footpaths. Toilets. Cafe.
Lived in Wigan for 18 years and never knew of this place, and is now one of our new favourites. The dogs loved it. Many different paths around the place and lots of benches should you want a rest. Ample free parking which is a bonus, however when busy you may have to wait for a space. There is a beautiful waterfall at the end of one of the paths which is quite stunning. Will be making regular visits to Yarrow Valley Country Park now.
Lovely place to walk. Plenty of wildlife and the dog loved it
