Adhering to collecting pets from car park. No pet parents allowed inside. Vet speaks to you over the phone before and after consultation. Then pay over the phone BEFORE your pet is returned to you. Its a bit like a hostage situation which I didn't think necessary, traumatic enough for my pups first time at vets and he has to do it without his Mum AND is held longer than needs be because the receptionist is already on the phone and you can't get through to pay!
Good professional caring people unlike other vets who want to screw as much money as possible out of you
Oaklands is fab star was our world they were lovely with her when we lost her 2weeks ago xxx
Very professional, diagnosed my cat correctly, gave him the right meds, very safety conscious with covid19 around, safety measures in place. Lovely kind staff
