Hassan is passionate about his cooking. He prides himself in creating imaginative healthy dishes. He uses fresh ingredients and does not fry anything. I have sampled many of his dishes with delight and will return to the Yankeeshire diner truck as often as I can. Family and friends too have enjoyed his food for the past few weeks. Hassan is very friendly and accommodating. He strives to satisfy his customers. A big thumb up !

We have used Yankeeshire at our events this year with great success. The food is not the cheapest or the fastest but that's what you expect when it is all freshly cooked and of a high quality. The water skiers and the walkers at Cowm Reservoir have really enjoyed the food. I would definitely recommend that you try it.
Fantastic food and a lovely host who has real passion for what he does. Kids love it here and me and the wife don't feel as guilty for having a little sweet treat. Highly recommended and definitely worth the a visit. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Hassan.
Hassan serves the best, tastiest, freshest food out there! The menu is fantastic and he is very knowledgeable about nutrition and healthy options. I have had a few orders from him and everything is top notch. He will go out of his way to cater for your every need. The first thing that hits you on arrival is the engaging personality of Hassan, the owner of the diner. He is friendly and warm and has a passion for what he is doing. In terms of the menu; this is wide-ranging, with something for everyone. The food is well-prepared, clearly using locally sourced ingredients. The preparation of the different options means that the food is wholesome and healthy without losing anything in terms of taste and enjoyment. I didn't want my lag of lamb burrito to end. The final comment is that the owner doesn't rest on his laurels. He is constantly seeking ways to improve the experience for his customers by adding new options to his menu and by responding professionally to the any feedback he is given. I would recommend a visit for all.
