Dinner was good and steaks were cooked to the requested finish. The cook knows how to cook medium and medium rare steaks. Service was very good. We had a very good waitress.

The French onion soup and the lead belly fries are amazing! Their steaks are always good as well. My only criticism is their average /ordinary desserts and coffee. If they can just step up that section of the menu, they would be perfect. Great service too!

First time in this establishment. My husband and I ordered the sirloin to share. While the steak literally melted in your mouth. Steak comes on one plate not divided on separate plates. Also not divided evenly while one person gets 12oz.other gets 8oz. You each get a salad and a side. Portions small for the price. Nice ambiance. My biggest thumbs down was leaving hungry️

Delightful ambience, wonderful service and the food is delicious! We usually have to wait a bit to be seated but that’s because this is the best steak place for miles. Our go to place anytime we’re looking for an intimate evening out or someplace good to treat out of town guests. I highly recommend Yadkin Valley Steak House!!!

If you’ve had really good steak before, you won’t be happy with this meal. The ribeye was mediocre but the filet medallions were not like any version of filet I’ve ever had. They were really tough and dry. The sweet potato was yellow and hard like a baked potato. It was bizarre and just not good either. We were so disappointed. It had great reviews so we thought we’d try it on our way through Albemarle. The waitress didn’t even notice we hardly touched our food. I don’t leave the review to be ugly but really hope to save someone else from spending the money for what you’ll expect to be a nice tasting dinner. Maybe the trick is to order the sirloin and not a better cut.
