I wanted a broker that allowed algorithmic trading. Not only does it allow algorithmic trading, it has a playground that walks you through how to apply the code for specific functions. It has an entire library of documentation on all functions and features used so you can easily fine tune your code with an easy to use reference point. On top of that, having an agent to contact makes it very easy to get in touch when required. The ability to take out deposits on the same day is also a huge upside.

Complete newbie to trading so I found their trading academy really helpful. It gave me the confidence to start trading for real after completing so many courses. They also have live online classes via zoom which I think was brilliant and meant I could ask questions to a professional. One weird thing is that their market names are different. I tried to trade the FTSE but they call it UK100 which I couldn’t understand why.
Unsolicited phone calls trying to push you to complete registration. Registration process is long and clunky. When I asked to close my account (I went with a different provider), the sales rep tried to take advantage of my politeness and still rope me in. It’s creepy how they openly they try to monetize you.

Great customer service specially my account manager Reed who has assisted me a lot when had questions about the platform. They often have free educational events with some big names in trading which helped me a lot specially that I was just a beginner last year!
