Deserves NO stars, terrible customer service, automated services, terribly slow to fix issues, there system status shows it being operational when in fact it isn’t. Over an hour and half with no response back, no phone number to call. My advise due to all of the above stay away from this and find software company you can actually interact with when there is issues.

Response time sucks. They are aglobal software company so should be able to provide 24/7 support. I'm looking for something else. The software is good, but when it doesn't work and you need support it is not there.! Would leave a ZERO star rating just for that if I could.

DO NOT USE. My bank has told me that an employee from Xero has used the API feed from my bank to their accounting software to hack into my online banking. My identity has been stolen and my phone number ported to another network. I am having to close all bank accounts and go through chaos. I emailed Xero several weeks ago and still have not had a response.

Instant 1 star for useless contact info. You guys can afford a phone, so get one, rather than shifting the problem onto your customers. Unfriendly business practice at its finest! Much better alternatives available...
