35 to unlock phone as its difficult they said? Managed to do it my self by ringing 02 after visiting o2 shop for advice. Took 2 hours for unlock it my self for free.
Two really helpful members of staff. Took my phone in apparently not working. They found that this old man had inadvertently dulled the screen, and they fixed it in 40 seconds. I will use them again if I get a real problem. Roger P.
