this is 2nd gym I visited from this fitness chain. The place is super high end! Interior is premium, gym itself is well equipped, there is a changing area with separate lockers, where it is always tidy. They have a huge selection of simulators, trainers are varied :) always in good working condition, and what is especially nice, the trainers are always clean, without sweat from previous visitors. In this fitness I train to keep fit. I am pleased to work with a trainer who picked up an individual programm for me which showed its results soon

Really nice little gym, not near metro tho, but you can take a very beautiful 10 min walk. The gym itself has all important equipment and even has callisthenics/ CrossFit area. The view is pretty cute - sky and old roofs. Very clean and acupuncture place. However I was unpleasantly surprised by a reception girl. She looked really unhappy to see me and even told my how much time I could train and that I couldn’t stay longer and had to leave. I knew that all and it made me feel uncomfortable. Her tone was unpleasant too. When I wanted to return the locker key, she was away and I had to wait for her. Surely there was sorry no sorry thing. I hope the management of the gym could fix this problem.
Главное преимущество зала для меня — на занятия можно прийти к 8.00 утра, на индивидуальную тренировку. Оттренировалась, зарядилась — весь день бодрая ходишь. Зал классный, тренер классный, нагрузки адекватные. Новичкам — самое оно. В целом — рекомендую. Можете начать уже завтра с утра :)
Зал просторный,чистота,уют,чистый душ,раздевалка! очень понравились тренера и персонал этого клуба. Взяли абонементы на всю семью и не пожалели ! Спасибо ИКСфит за теплый прием !!
