I received a phone call last Friday which turned out to be my 6 week post natal check, I had no idea they were going to call as no appointment was made with me and all the Dr was interested in was contraception... never once was I asked how I was feeling. She asked when my baby comes in for his 8 week vaccinations “would you like the baby checked out?” To which I replied “umm yes please!!! It would be nice to know what he weighs and that everything is okay!” So for all this so called doctor knows I could be suicidal and crippled with post natal depression! My baby is seven weeks this week and I have heard nothing from this surgery regarding his 8 week vaccines despite the dr telling me I would hear from them and didn’t need to call to book the appointment! Oh and she also told me I wasn’t due a smear until next year... good job I keep track of my dates because I was actually due one in July of this year! It’s extremely frightening we are all victims of complete medical negligence at the moment due to Covid 19 which will sadly kill many many more people than the actual virus! It’s shambolic!

I have lived in Wymondham for 28 years and when I've thought of moving it's always the wonderful healthcare given at this practice that has stopped me. Kindness and politeness I have always experienced and all the staff do their utmost to help you. All I can say is ''Well done'' and thank you for a centre of excellence.
