Great restaurant if you would like to eat Caribbean food! I am dominican so the dish me and my wife ate was amazing! Very delicious food if you want to bring back craving from back home! ️

¡Como en casa! Food was appetizing and authentic. We started with alcapurrias —meat and masa were well seasoned. The bacalaíto was plate-sized, crunchy at the rim and soft in the center, a disc of pure deliciousness. The guineítos en escabeche reminded me of those my Abuela made for us, the guineo was well cooked and the flavors were developed and balanced. The cuajitos were very tasty and flavorsome. For entrées, we had mofongo, one with shrimp in sauce, another with carne frita and the other one with bistec. The plantain was king and both proteins complemented it pretty well. I did not taste the tripleta but my son found no fault. Portions were decent, service was fast and excellent, and prices were hard to beat. For dessert, we had flan (fantastic flavor and texture) quesitos, and pastelillos de guayaba. Their soft drink selection is acceptable, with Malta India, Coco Rico, and Cola Champagne being our choices for the day. Yes, we were hungry but surely we were satisfied and left content and looking forward to our next visit. It is worth the trip, no matter the drive.

Really love the restaurant. Really reminds me of home. Super authentic Puerto Rican food! The appetizers remind me of the street foods back home (empanadillas queso and bacalaitos). The mofongo with camarones was delicious. it was crunch, flavorful, and delicious. even the caldo on the side was filled with flavor. The shrimps had good seasoning. I was able to wash it all down with a ice cold Malta India. Now, for the dessert the flan de vanilla was creamy and filled with delicious flavor. but the best part hand down is the service. I heard buen provecho from the employees as well as the customers. the server who helped us through our meal was kind and held a smooth conversation with us while coming back also to ask about the food and our experience. I 1000% recommend this place for delicious Puerto Rican food and good company.
