Very courteous staff and great place to just turn up with your old alloy wheels, copper pipe and car batteries etc and convert into money. Take your driving licence for ID.
Professional outfit no problem
I recently had one of the company lorries hit my car while I was in stationary traffic, the driver drove off and was followed by a member of the public that had seen the incident to get the details of the Lorrie for me. When they came back they took me to where the Lorrie was and I spoke to the driver and got the relivent details from him. I later phoned the company to be told that they would be disputing what happend even before I had told the chap my version of what had happend and that I had witnesses to the event. All he was interested in was giving me the company insurance details and telling me that he had to protect his drivers. All good for them as the damage to my car isn't worth my excess on my insurance. So if you see any Wye Valley Metal lorries on the road just keep an eye out cause if they do cause any damage to your car ect its going to cost you the inersent party as they just pass the buck.
I use this place regular. Staff a friendly and top prices paid for scrap.
