I like this shop overall but the “customer service” was overzealous during my visit to the point where I almost left without buying anything. I told the shop assistant that I was just browsing but he constantly watched me and made sure that he kept anything I was remotely interested in buying on the shop counter. I do understand that you are selling very expensive items but please allow us to browse in peace!!! Do you treat your German customers this way too, or just the foreigners? I didn’t want to steal anything- I was there to buy but left with much less than I would have done had you left me alone. I find this is very common in many model train shops in Germany. At lest you didn’t insist that I kept my bag in a locker!! (\u003e Dortmund Lokschuppen). Another point - many of your boxes (eg Acme, Roco) are in very poor condition due to the fact that you have so many items on the shelf for customers to have a look at (both a good and bad thing in my opinion). Boxes get worn and ,to me, the condition of the box is just as important as that of the item itself. Final point (common to shops in Germany) \u003e prices are on the high side.

Ich habe auf eine Empfehlung hin die längere Anfahrt aus Essen in Kauf genommen und mich dort als Einsteiger beraten lassen und mit erstem Material eingedeckt. Später musste ich die Gleise wegen funktioneller Probleme gegen die eines alternativen Herstellers umtauschen. All das wurde äußerst freundlich und geduldig abgewickelt; der Kollege am Werktisch hat sich viel Zeit genommen, eine Lösung für mein Problem zu finden und mir vor Ort zu demonstrieren. Fazit: freundlich, kompetent, hilfsbereit, geduldig – besser geht's nicht. Ich werde wieder kommen.

Vorbildlich. Ich wollte schon fast schreiben \Das ich so etwas noch erleben darf\, aber es ist so. Im Netz nach dem Eisenbahngeschütz von Rivarossi gesucht. Bei vielen kann man es angeblich bestellen, lassen einen dann monatelang warten, um einen dann (wenn überhaupt) zu schreiben, der Artikel ist ausverkauft. Bei ebay sind Abzocker unterwegs, die bis zu 175 verlangen, hier zum Original Preis! Hier muss man schon einmal bei Google etwas weiter hinten suchen, aber der Artikel war tatsächlich vorrätig, die Abwicklung automatisch und fehlerfrei. Der Versand erfolgte innerhalb 1 Tages und soeben habe ich \Leopold\ aus meiner Packstation geholt. Es gab noch interessante, aktuelle Prospekte (einige senden ja auch ihr Altpapier) und Haribos :) Super, den Händler speichere ich mir doch sofort, gehört er zu einer seltenen Gattung :)
