I wanted to make this review as i really feel that this home deserves some recognition. Over the past 2 years my dearest friend has been a resident here and at first i was very dubious. The new manager who started in September 2019 has made such a difference to the home and the way that things are. The staff have been amazing all through this Covid Pandemic and they have kept the residents safe. There have been some minor issues over the last few weeks regarding communication but again the staff are working extremely hard to ensure that all people are kept up to date. My friends family could not ask for a better home for their loved one and my friend tells me all the time how great the home is and what a lovely place to live it is. I thank all the staff greatly for all they are doing and I thank the Manager for all she is doing to keep things running smoothly.

I'm so happy. Just spent 30 minutes on the phone with mum and she hasn't stopped for breath lol. She has been telling me all the plans for the next few months that she's made with the activities. Its so refreshing to hear her so happy. She has been at the home a while now and there was a time when she went into a depression but the staff have rallied round and she is back to her old self again. Thank you to all the staff for all your dedication and commitment.
Can I just say, this home is WONDERFUL. No home is perfect and there will always be some things that occur that could have been done better. But this home is always striving to get better and better and I personally believe that they are doing a great job. My father could not be looked after better in any other place. Anyone who feels that they should make any form of complaint or negative review should think long and hard and ask themselves the question, could I do better? you may think you could but I guarantee that you couldn't. Keep up the brilliant work Wulfrun Rose, I and many others think your are great.
Known this home for over 12 months now. Very well run and well managed. Social media and anyone who visits will be able to see how happy the residents are and how good the staff/resident interaction is.
This home is such a lovely friendly place. My mother in law lives here and she is so well cared for. Nowhere is home from home but this is the closest you can get to it. My wife has total peace of mind knowing that her mother is in such a lovely place with such amazing staff and management. Can not say enough how much we recommend them.
