Your son brought an air rifle from us for the cost of 375.00, the air rifle had been through our work shop and serviced, we where very surprised when you and your son came back a week later complaining of faults, we asked on more than one occasion to see the air rifle as to which you where un able to produce for us to look into for the faults that you had discovered, upon further investigation your son has now sold this air rifle on as he was looking to get money to put towards a Landover TD5 discovery and work tools, the new owner has brought the air rifle back and has explained the version of events that your son described, finally being able to take a look at this air rifle it is very clear that your son has attempted to Illegally increase the power of the air rifle to above the 12flbs limit and in doing so has broken parts inside the air rifle along with the anti tampers and also with screws being missing. this will be the reason as to why you would not produce the air rifle for inspection prior to any from of action we would take for example a refund. The Air rifle is now fully restored and fixed and the new owner of the air rifle that you sold it to could not be happier.
