Staff on desk very polite but I think it was the boss very rude no eye contact. 2 women on their own trying to get a delivery up a steep back lane. But as he walked by said No we will give than one a miss! SO we went home rang a company called Dando's told them what was needed and they delivered materials next morning with no problems.Same size lorry as wrings needed to use.So will not ever use wrings again.
The team are lovely, local delivery is super cheap and quick, good quality stuff. If I ever need anything again, will definitely be my first choice!
Very rude man and with a large builders merchants now within walking distance who are considerably cheaper I know where I will be going and I would advise people do the same this rude and arrogant man is to be avoided
