I recently used this location for an offshore medical. For the past 5 years I've been using a clinic inside James Paget hospital but work sent me here. I have to say it's far better. Doesn't have that horrible hospital smell. Doesn't have the parking issues of the hospital and is easier to get to, from both Yarmouth and lowestoft. Polite staff and free coffee
Cancellation policies are dreadful. Non attendance for any reason (in my case a combination of just arriving back from overseas travel and being ill and oversleeping) results in loss of all monies paid (100% upfront payment of fees for everything). No discount etc for re booking. I will not use them again.
