Fantastic experience from start to finish. Outstanding customer service, Emma was brilliant and went above and beyond; from initial phone call to book van hire, extending the hire to an additional day at short notice, assisting with disposal of used tyres, to offering to drop deposit money back to my home address. Thanks again Emma! Van itself was in great condition and clearly well maintained. The service provided was exceptional, would highly recommend. Wrights have definitely got it right!
We used Wrights for our first home move, there was an issue where the van we were going to have didn't return however, there team sorted this out very quickly and we got a bigger van in the end. The van was in great condition, couldn't fault it!! Very communicative and helpful. Thanks so much, would highly recommend!!
I had a lifting tail van for a couple of days from Wrights. The truck was clean and in good working order, and the service was great. Reserved over the phone and the truck was waiting in the parking the next day. Sometimes they're a bit busier, so I was told it'd be safer to reserve in advance. Would I rent from Wrights again? Sure.
Very easy to do business with, friendly attitude, clean tidy Van's in good working order, a hidden gem.
