Been using for the last couple of months, and not had a problem. Friendly staff. Good food at a good price. Best chips i have had from any chippy in Ware. I would recommend others to give them a fry, i mean try .

I was very disappointed. Taste was awful, oil had been used too many times. The guy serving needs to improve on his customer service skills too! Overpriced & bad quality food.

Cannot go inside due to being a small shop. Service is from the entrance door. Cash only. Food and service good.
If I could give zero stars, Believe me - I would! Customer service was appalling - The manager himself didn't know his arse from his elbow. The food itself was utterly disgusting - I personally think you would be better off buying Tesco value chips down the frozen aisle. I wouldn't recommend Wright's Hit & Miss, nor would I ever return.
