Far too many customers in store at a time when infection rates are so high. People shoulder to shoulder in some parts of the store. Totally irresponsible management.

Regularly shop here and it's a great store. Plenty of space, good choice of products and a good price. Not over keen on some of the meat they sell, steaks for exams, I think you can get better elsewhere. Great car park, plenty of room. They also do click and collect for o line shopping

Very bad service! Delivery didn't turn up and no message was sent to let us know what's going on. Phoned to check about it and got told there's a delay but the order never turned up. Went in the store next day and they offered to send it again that evening and again nothing came... The next day they've told me that the van has broken down (when I was told the delivery was late an hour on the phone and if no one turns up it will be cancelled. Don't know who to believe) and not even a text as a warning was sent anyway (twice in a row). A staff member said I'll get a phone call from the manager and obviously no one phoned. At the end, I chose to get a refund. If I could, I won't even give one star!
This is not a bad place to shop but since the lockdown they have taken off all the offers so it cost u more at the moment but otherwise it is not bad to shop and there is toilet there aswell and a cafe but its not open at the moment but its easy to find things aswell
