Really great store , great products and I also love my brand new kitchen ! One thing I did not like is this manager , very pushy , I got the feeling that he just wanted to close the sale and didn’t really care about what we wanted . He even called us up daily to see if we wanted to buy . All we needed is little bit of time ! Definitely in need of new male manager

Got pushed into paying deposit to secure sale prices, then the service was awful until I complained. Then the designer was helpful as he thought he was at risk of losing commission! If i hadn't of been trapped into using the Tunbridge wells showroom we would have used to the Croydon branch as they were much more helpful!
Amazing service from start to finish the team were so helpful and knowledgeable and such a friendly atmosphere in the store. So glad I got my kitchen from wren and saved money too!
