Nearing the end of renovating our house we didn't know what sort of kitchen we were looking for so just as we went into lockdown was just as we were about to start looking at showrooms. Wren offered a screen sharing service where their designers contact you and go through all the options. Scott at the Dudley branch was brilliant and professional and ensured we had all details right. We ordered our dream kitchen and are so pleased with the finished product. Would thoroughly recommend Wren to all!
My wren kitchen is being installed. This is not a cheap kitchen .So you would expect the after sales service to be of an equal standard. Wren are all to happy to help so long as your paying for any extras. So why isn't the support as good as the anitial buying experience. Sort it out Wren . It's no joke having to have no cooking facilities. Customer Service is lacking and empathy is non existent!
