I have always used Steeles for my various Vauxhall cars over the past 32 years living in Worthing, and have never had a bad experience. Their expertise in Vauxhall means they can diagnose, service and repair them in quick order, always getting it correct first time with minimum fuss and keeping the costs down. The clutch bleed they just performed sorted out my spongy pedal perfectly, thanks Steeles again.

Needed some work carrying out under Manufacturer's Warranty (2ndvan bought from 3rd party) and when making the booking was advised there had been a recall which they could also do. Checks were carried out, their normal practice, and dangerously low lifespans on all brakes found. They also identified a further Warranty item. Very easy to deal with, very transparent. Competitive pricing for non Warranty work. Highly recommended!

I had an intermittent issue with my Astra which had been developing over a couple of months. Frustratingly, I was never able to replicate the fault whenever I brought the vehicle in. Ben in the Service department was really helpful in trying to understand the issue and when it did eventually show up, applied on my behalf to Vauxhall to cover the cost as a known fault. Ben was great in explaining the issue and kept me up to date for the week that my car was out of action. Whilst I have been going to Steeles for a couple of years now, this time around was really exemplary.

The guys at Steeles could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and the price was very reasonable. Chris in particular was extremely informative and went above and beyond to help.
