Everything relating to my mother's funeral went perfectly. All the staff were fantastic from start to finish. My mother arranged and paid her funeral in advance. This made her passing so much easier to handle and there were a few nice surprises at the service.

Right from the day I got in touch, up to everything on the day itself. Help arranging chapel of rest visits, flowers, music, photos, celebrant. The day itself was just as my uncle would have wanted.

Not being able to arrange for the hearse with my father's coffin to be sent to the family home is the best measure of the appalling service this co-op funeral operator provided my family AND to be told twenty minutes before the hearse was due to arrive simply added to the stress on an extremely emotional day. You only get one day to perform the customary and desired requests of a loved one, well this company severely messed up that opportunity. Now of course nothing can be done about that. Disappointed is a massive understatement-more like traumatised.
