After a number of postponements over the last year, finally I experienced my flight, which was a 70th birthday gift from my wife, which I had celebrated last year. The flight it self was fantastic and well worth the long wait. The flight was launched from Stanmer Park, Brighton. We flew east to west over The South Downs National Park. The views were stunning and could see for miles. After approximately an hour we finally descended and landed safely in a field at Steyning. It was a fantastic and memorable experience. Would highly recommend this experience and will do it again one day. Well down to Alan & Tim for their professionalism.

A disappointing experience and would advise against anyone pre paying for a balloon ride with this company. My wife bought me a 250 balloon ride as a birthday gift last June and paid in full. Unfortunately our family circumstances changed as her brother was diagnosed with terminal bowel cancer. We contacted the company and apologised for not using the voucher until June 2018 and explained the circumstances. We booked a ride but the company then cancelled due to bad weather. The next day we received a very curt text saying \if you want to book again it will cost an extra 100 read our terms and conditions\ - they may well be legally right but who wants to deal with a company that profits out of other peoples misfortune. Don't give them money in advance they are not very nice people.
