I received cupcakes from Rachael's Kitchen for my birthday from a family friend. They came very well presented in a pretty white box with a red ribbon. All of the cakes tasted absolutely delicious and there looks to be lots of variety!

Wonderful personalised cakes and amazing service, thank you! Due to the pandemic we were only able to have 5 guests present at our wedding, so we hatched a last minute plan to stream the ceremony and send the wedding to guests who couldn't attend in the form of a DIY hamper of goodies, including custom cakes from Rachel's Kitchen. Not only did they provide us with fabulous personalised cakes, they were so helpful with organising individual packaging for each one that withstood transport in the regular post, and delt swiftly with unusual requests like measuring the dimensions and weight of the packaged cakes so we could be sure that they fit into the boxes we were ordering, and that we had enough postage! As well as sending them out to our remote guests, we had one each at the venue on the day, as our wedding cake. Thank you so much for all the help making our day really special!

I ordered cakes to be delivered to the staff at my mums Care home. I phoned Rachael's Kitchen to discuss my order and they were so helpful. I placed the whole order by phone and knew straight away that it would be delivered exactly as I wanted. I got regular email updates until the cakes were delivered. I would certainly recommend Rachael's Kitchen to others and one day I will order some just for me as I have not yet tried one
Ordered a box of 6 cupcakes with 3 different pictures on, very easily uploaded on their website, arrived following day as promised, my friend was delighted with them, I would definitely recommend trying Rachael's Kitchen for any celebration
