Really friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. This morning I placed an order over the phone for delivery and the manufacturer has made changes to the formulation of the product I was ordering. The young man who took my order went through all the changes to the ingredients with me so I could be sure it is still the right choice for my dogs. Outstanding customer service!
Emily was extremely heplful on both visits. She gave great advice on suitable foods for our cat to help combat his skin allergy. He is now tucking to a healthier diet. Thank you again.

This is where I shop for my cats. They always have a great selection of good cat food, money saving offers and staff that are knowledgeable about the products as well as being cheerfully willing to assist.The store itself is always well spaced and clean.
