I just want to thank you Jack, for your patience, understanding, and all round fabulous customer service. Nothing was too much trouble from start to finish, and your care and expertise when passing the van over to us on Christmas Eve was lovely, and made it very special for us. The Van was an upgrade from our previous model, and boy oh boy, it really is an upgrade!!!

Initial problem with servicing and hand over afterwards was sorted quickly and professionally by Luke, so the initial review can now be considered 5 stars as Dinnages were quick to act on the issue and resolve things to our satisfaction, restoring our faith in the dealership.
I find Service dept so helpful, particularly Luke. I use my car for my work, they’ve always been able to fit me in in short notice and have kept me off the road for the minimum time possible! Would definitely recommend
Excellent service, polite staff, well worth a visit
Brilliant service, very helpful staff. We had service and MOT done, all done first thing and collected after car valet by 11.30. We were even emailed a video of the vehicle check being carried out.
