Extremely helpful and friendly staff, very happy with the service received as they fit me in even when they were busy as I had an emergency with my car. Made me feel very welcome and worked around me as I was in a tight spot with my car, and also completed the work well within the small time frame I gave them under short notice, all the while being very kind, proactive and helpful. The work was a touch on the pricey side but it was clear that I was paying for quality customer service and top tier engineering despite my difficult circumstances so more than happy to pay and satisfied. Big thank you and definitely recommend ️

Corkscrew Lines

My first visit to Cedar Garage and I was very impressed. All the staff were very courteous and I was kept informed of progress by phone by the team as the service on my Audi A8 took place. A call to confirm all the work was done and I collected the vehicle and paid the previously agreed price for the work. A far more pleasant and friendly experience than using the main dealer and at a saving of almost 300.00 for the same work. As Arnie famously said...\I'll be back!

I've been using Cedar Garage for the last 2 years for my car's annual service and MOT. Really simple and easy to book. With reminders closer to the time with up-to-date information (related to the COVID-19 Pandemic). Whilst my car was with them, I received a couple of phone-calls updating me on the progress and the car was ready to collect a lot sooner than anticipated. The team in reception were incredibly welcoming, helpful and polite. Would not hesitate to use them again and will recommend to anyone.

Cedar Garage have looked after my Audi S8 since its purchase last year. The technicians and office staff at Littlehampton Road are both polite and welcoming offering advice when needed.They always provide a quality service with attention to detail at a very reasonable price. No job is too great and no stone is left unturned in finding a realistic solution to the problem at hand. They will be my number one choice for Audi servicing for some years to come(as I won't be parting with my current car when it is maintained this well!)

I've been going to Cedar Garage for a couple of years now, it was frequent when I had my mini, and it was actually one of their staff who recommended the type of car I got next for reliability and they were right! The guys have always been honest with me, have never told me to get any work done if it wasn't needed, and are really professional and helpful. That's why whenever I get my MOT, service, or need work doing I could go somewhere on my door step but still go to Cedar.
