Useless! I have a 2 year old VW polo and having engine issues (should be covered by watentee) phoned up to book in to be checked out a.s.a.p as I've been told not to drive the car until issue has been fixed. Told by the 'service department' the soonest they can look is just under 3 weeks away and they cant provide a courtesy car, not helpful as I rely on the vehicle to get to and from work- I am a key worker and need the car! Once I explained this the guy didn't seem to care and said 'not my problem'. Long story short phoned the Brighton branch which can look at it within the next couple of days and were very helpful.
