I'm no stranger to Kaufland. It's always been a good retailer. The carpark here is worst one I've experienced though. That might reflect the time of year, but there is room for improvement. Other than that, got everything I needed.

Not sure if Kaufland deserves the review but the front of the store had the most delightful bakery. Cream puffs, with cherries hidden at the bottom, apfelkuchen, raspberry covered torte, it was hard to say which was the best, probably the cream puffs. I guess I am focusing on those because as a 23 year resident of Wisconsin - and their famous state fair cream puffs - I've never found equal until now. :-) The store itself is well stocked and has plenty of items for just about any reason but most especially groceries. Like everything in Germany, no AC so it could be a bit warm waiting in line - but no one seemed to get angry or upset. And the cashiers were delightful!
