I had today viewing with this female real estate agent representing Adriaanssen makelaardij. I assume she is in management of this company as I see her face on their website. I have been asking questions regarding foundation of a building I was interested to buy. She told me: „If I say it‘s ok, it‘s ok. You don‘t need any paper. If you want foundation check pay it your self, it costs 5.000,00 Eur.“ I replied 5.000 is not a problem for me and walk out without saying Good bye. Obviously she had no idea who she has in front of her. Thank you for allowing me to see this property 20 min earlier. First of all, learn how to treat people. Learn introduce your self. Learn that people with cash don‘t wave in front of your face, because they don‘t need to do so. Learn that I‘m not making business with people who treat me rude! Learn you are not the only real estate agent & this is not the only property on this planet! Shame on you by treating your customers this way! By the time you call me 15 min after I left I was done with you anyway. People like you don‘t deserve my cash. I would not recommend this agency & this person in particular.
