Had an amazing private river boat tour and dinner with Bart yesterday with friends. Bart is a gracious, patient, knowledgeable host who had us entertained all evening (although I’m sure our group entertained him as well). We were picked up promptly at our hotel in city center and driven to Zaanse Schans where we sailed off to see the windmills and learn Dutch history. We stopped for dinner at a lovely pub and had a delicious meal. It was a fabulous way to spend a night in Amsterdam.
