Hired adult/child bouncy castle understand their reasons for not leaving it due to windy conditions but don’t understand why after paying 179.99 that I only received 69.99. Got charged 10 delivery fee and 30 damage waiver when it wasn’t left for any damage to occur. !!

DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS!!! I'm upset having to give them 1 star! Booked a bouncy castle for birthday party and the delivery guy tried to inflate with 1 foot wide hole you could loose a small child in! The guys put a roll of gaffa tape which lasted just long enough for them to leave! The kids started jumping on it and the gaffa tape came away deflating the whole thing! We had to order another castle from another supplier (bouncy castle man) at the same price for the lasy hour. Kids were not happy!! We're promised a call first thing Monday morning from MD...nothing, nada...zilch!! Called 3 times and he's not been in or not available!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS Would give zero stars if I could! I booked a drinks fountain from this company for my wedding in August 2017 and they DIDN’T TURN UP! They claim that the fountain was ‘broken’ in a hire the week previously however I was not contacted and told this. My husband received a phone call from a mobile number at 2340 the night before our wedding, he was sleeping and so missed the call. No voicemail was left for him to pick up in the morning. I was not contacted despite them having my contact number and email address and even the venue telephone number. My wedding venue tried to phone them numerous times on the day of the wedding and got no response. Here’s the best part - I had to spend the first day of my honeymoon phoning them to chase up a refund! I finally was refunded for the hire of the fountain (no apology received whatsoever) however I had to buy 19L of alcohol to fill it. The company are refusing to refund me for that because ‘it’s not part of their contract’. I bet it’s not part of the contract that you fail to turn up to weddings but you did that? And so now they are refusing to return my calls and I’m 110 out of pocket. Book elsewhere - this company is absolutely not worth the hassle!
For the love of god DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! I hired a chocolate fountain and a drinks fountain for Baileys, They took my money quick enough when I booked in march, wedding was in may. I called them a week beforehand to check the details, they told me that I needed to send a contract however, it was so busy the week before I couldn't just drop everything that I was doing & send them this contract, they should have sent this to be when I made the payment, I got the items, in the end, however the chocolate fountain did not work so that was a big let down! I called the manager Paul and he told me if the fountain wasn't working that I could call him later, when it was my wedding reception! I didn't bother, no point & no, I didn't want to waste any more time talking to that horrible man! He was rude to me on the phone & couldn't get his facts right when he was speaking to me, he made no effort help me out & told me that it was my fault! Had a bouncy disco for my daughters 6th birthday & they had a fab time. Great entertainer, great value for money Would definitely recommend
